From Competing to Complimenting: A Shift for Peace and True Power by J Sampath, Founder and CEO of JB Soft System
In today’s world, competition has been glorified to the extent that it becomes a default setting in our minds. From childhood, we’re conditioned to compare, outperform, and strive to be better than others – often without realizing that this constant race strips us of peace and connection. Man, by nature, is attention-seeking. We seek acknowledgment, appreciation, and recognition to feel good about ourselves. But in this pursuit, we fall into the endless loop of comparison and competition – not just with strangers, but with colleagues, friends, and even family. It`s subtle, yet relentless. Even when we win, it often feels hollow. One victory only leads to the next target, the next person to outshine. The hunger never ceases, and satisfaction remains elusive. But there is another way – a shift from competing to complimenting. When we compliment instead of compete, we create alignment, not rivalry. We foster harmony, not hierarchy. Imagine what happens when one adds to another – 1 added with 1 becomes 11. A simple gesture of support or acknowledgment can magnify impact exponentially. Like a drop that merges into the ocean and becomes the ocean, we too can dissolve the ego and find peace by becoming part of something greater – through harmony, unity, and mutual upliftment. In that alignment – with ourselves, with others, and with a higher purpose – we find true power. Not the power to dominate, but the power to elevate. Not success at the cost of others, but success with others. Peace doesn`t lie in being superior. It lies in synergy. Let us move from competing to complimenting. #Leadership #PersonalGrowth #SelfAwareness #EmotionalIntelligence #MindsetShift #Peace #WorkplaceWellness #CollaborationOverCompetition #Inspiration #SpiritualGrowth

If you have the urge or need to poop every time after eating food, these can be the reasons for that!!
After eating a meal or food, do you get the urge to poop? If this happens rarely, then it is not an issue but if it happens regularly then it could be a serious issue. Then, doctors must be consulted without fail. It is believed that the feel of poop after eating food is a natural response of the body and the stomach gives signals to the colon to make way for new food. Underlying health issues are indicated if there is a need to poop every time after eating meals. Various possible reasons are Anxiety and stress: It must be noted that in digestion gut-brain connections play a huge role. As a result, some people are more prone to go to the toilet after eating food and this could be due to stress. Gastrocolic reflux: After eating, bowel movement would get stimulated due to normal reflux. This would take place especially when the person eats larger and high fat foods. Food intolerances: Our digestive system would get irritated by certain foods such as dairy, gluten etc. Spicy foods can also lead to irritation. Intake of fibre based foods would be superb for digestion but excess intake would lead to frequent bowel movements. Caffeine and sugar intake: Bowel movements would be triggered when a person consumes caffeine and sugar as they would act as laxative. Persons who have sensitive digestive systems, persons who are more prone to anxiety, those with IBS and those who work in shifts would get affected. That is they would have more urge to poop after eating food. When to worry and seek medical attention? It is noteworthy that after eating food if he or she has persistent diarrhoea, abdominal pain, unexplained weight loss and blood in stool etc, then seeking medical attention is compulsory. Managing this issue: It would be possible to manage the issue of pooping after eating meals by eating a well balanced meal consisting of lean proteins, healthy fats and moderate amounts of fibres etc. Following a FODMAP diet would help in managing bowel movements by easing digestive discomfort. By pinpointing dietary triggers through a food diary, by i incorporating mindfulness, deep breathing exercises etc. The issue regarding pooping after eating food can be managed by limiting caffeine and sugar. It is important to stay hydrated by drinking enough water and avoiding excess fluids during meals. Gut health could be supported by including fermented foods, kefir, yoghurt etc.

The infected patient could go into coma and death also. Reasons for rabies are Animal bites: Dog bites account for 99% of rabies cases and this was as per World Health Organisation. Scratches or open wounds: If the infected person`s salve comes into contact with the open wound of a person, then even without bite rabies can be transferred to another person. Inhalation of infected droplets (rare): Though rare, transmission of rabies virus could also take place by inhalation of droplets. This happens mostly in the researchers etc. Exposure to bats, raccoons etc: Not many would know that in many developed nations bat bites have been responsible for rabies disease in humans.
